About Dinkar

Over  the  years,  Dinkar has represented several Corporate clients  in matters such as Incorporation, Board procedure and powers, Dissolution, Shareholders Agreement etc. He is consulted by various companies for Agreements & Contract Drafting, Arbitration & Negotiations, Regulatory compliance, Policy & Document creation and for seeking legal opinions. He has created several important documents for his clients including Privacy Policies for websites and mobile applications, Franchise agreements for an international hospitality chain expanding its business in India and various pre schools and schools operating all over India

He has drawn up privacy policies and procedures for Financial, healthcare and educational institutions. He has also been engaged by several Health care providers to defend them in Medical Malpractice/ Negligence cases and has also drawn up  agreements  including International Patient referral agreements for Hospitals, consent forms for medical procedures and surgeries, Surrogacy & Adoption agreements, operations and services agreements.

He has also helped companies with designing their complete legal framework. He was instrumental in devising the entire Human Resource and Employee data protection policy of a major hospital in Delhi. He has also created the legal framework of an international medical tourism company covering areas of the company’s agreements with hospitals, website policy and disclaimers, liability clarifications on part of the company and on part of the affiliated Hospitals.

Dinkar has also conducted series of Guest Lectures for MBA students specializing in the area of Finance and Insurance. Dinkar has also been a guest speaker at a Supreme Court Group on the topic of Crypto currencies.
